Lately, we have been taking advantage of the unseasonably warm weather by meeting for French lessons at Old York Cellars Winery in Ringoes, New Jersey.

Adult students have really enjoyed practicing their French, while sitting outside on the slate patio overlooking the expansive vineyard.

What a lovely way to spend an afternoon!

Please note: Students must be at least 21 years old to participate in these lessons.

About Learn French with Chloë

My name is Chloë Blake Stevenson. I am a Certified French Teacher (K–12) with an Ed.M. in Foreign Language Education from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Reed College.

I have 15 years of experience teaching French to students across a range of proficiency levels, from introductory to Advanced Placement (AP). In particular, I have taught French at Princeton Charter School, The Lawrenceville School, Rutgers Preparatory School, and Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School.

Currently, I provide tutoring for students aiming to improve their performance in French at local public and private schools. In addition, I offer French lessons for adults, focusing on Francophiles and working professionals.

I am passionate about the learning and teaching process, and I am eager to share my love of the French language and Francophone culture with all students.
